Concensys, a subsidiary of Swedish-based Bollnas Naringsliv Center, has selected Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc as its IP framework provider.

Concensys has implemented Genesys' new IP contact centre system and will utilise it to provide customer service solutions for companies across Scandinavia and Europe through an application service provider (ASP) model.

Genesys' solution will allow contact centre agents, regardless of their physical location, to talk to customers in real time via Internet protocol across the media channel of the customers' choice.
