Rabat - The Democratic Labour Confederation announced on Friday that national trade unions decided to stage a general strike on Monday in Morocco-based Spanish institutions and companies.

The strike comes in protest against the biased, unfair resolution of the European Parliament over Laayoune's events, adopted against Morocco at the instigation of the Spanish Popular Party.

Moreover, in protest against the misleading campaign led by the Spanish Popular Party against Morocco's best interests, the political parties represented in Parliament called a popular march on Sunday in Casablanca.
