General Prosecutor's Office opens another criminal case against ex-judge Osh city court.
The General Prosecutor's Office launched another criminal case against the former judge of the Osh city court and other officials, the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office said.
The judge is accused of power abuse, adoption of an obviously unjust verdict and fraud.
It was established that the Japalak rural administration on January 20, 2006 allocated a land plot near the Ak-Buura River in the city of Osh to a woman for 10 years. The woman then decided to file a lawsuit to the city court on recognition of rights on private property.
On September 26, 2013, the Osh city court made an unjust decision to satisfy the citizen's lawsuit. The local registration authorities then issued a state order on private property right.
The Osh regional court on March 23, 2017 on the basis of the cassational representation of the prosecutor's office rejected the lawsuit of the woman.
Thus, the former judge of the city court conducted an illegal alienation of state land. To date, investigation is underway.
The General Prosecutor's Office launched the probe.
