Gap leases in Port Jefferson.

Wilbur F. Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Development Corp., Garden City, New York, announced that his firm has negotiated a long-term lease with the Gap regarding a 9,828 square foot free-standing building, formerly occupied by Gristedes Supermarket and located at 100 Arden Place in the Village of Port Jefferson, New York.

Breslin stated that this is one of a series of transactions consummated with the Gap. Breslin previously located the Gap at Willow Wood Shoppes, Wantagh; Woodbury Plaza, Plainview; Clearmeadow Mall, East Meadow: Bridgehampton Commons, Bridgehampton; Jefferson Commons, Pt. Jefferson; Merrick Plaza, Merrick; and Peppertree Commons in Huntington, New York.
