Gallery in the frame for a sale.

OFF the Wall, a long established art and crafts gallery in Corbridge has come up for sale. Established in 1988, the business was originally based at the Metrocentre but moved to Corbridge in 2000.

Most of the work on display is sourced locally, alongside selection of national and international artists. The range includes paintings, and limited edition prints, pottery, ceramics, glassware, lighting, hand crafted furniture and metal sculptures, many of which are exclusive to the gallery in the area. A framing unit is also included in the sale of the business. There is also scope to increase turnover - which stands at around PS153,000 - as it currently doesn't trade from its website www.offthewallcorbridge.com.

Off the Wall, 24 Hill Street, Corbridge, is for sale through RMS Commercial at PS150,000 for the leasehold with a rent of PS25,000 per year for both units, tel 0191 212 0000.
