Galconda Changes Its Name To Jax International

 EL PASO, Tx., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Galconda, Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: GACP), a Delaware Corporation, has announced a name change to Jax International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: JAXI), accompanied by a 1 for 10 reverse stock split effective November 22, 1996.


Jax International, Inc. based in El Paso, Texas, is a real estate development company for affordable housing. Jax International is a uniquely integrated company acting as developer, builder, seller and financier of low- to moderate-income homes. On November 22, Jax International, Inc. is closing the purchase of El Paso Realty, Inc., a 26-year-old Texas Corporation. Jax International is simultaneously negotiating on a merger of three other El Paso-based real estate agencies with a total of 22 active agents with a past sales volume estimated at $15 million in gross sales.
