Galbreath Riverbank moves tenant to Jersey City.

Galbreath Riverbank L.P. has completed a relocation for Bristar Trading/Lonray Cocoa Limited to the Newport Tower in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The 6,500-square-foot space has an aggregate rental value in excess of $2.5 million dollars. Bristar/Lonray, a company that trades cocoa on the commodities exchange, was previously located at 111 Broadway in New York City.

A. Mitti Liebersohn, executive director/director of leasing, and Matthew R. Astrachan, associate, both of Galbreath Riverbank, represented the tenant. Alan R. Grossman of The Georgetown Company, asset manager for The Limited, owners of the Newport Tower, represented the landlord.
