Galbreath Riverbank closes sublease for Midtown tenant.

Galbreath Riverbank L.P. just completed negotiating a 15,000-square-foot office relocation for Management Technologies Inc., a publicly traded company that produces computer software for the international banking community. The space, subleased by British Telecom, is located at 335 Madison Avenue, and has an aggregate rental value in excess of $1 million.

A. Mitti Liebersohn, executive director/director of leasing, and Matthew R. Astrachan, associate, both of Galbreath Riverbank represented the tenant. Harry Blair and Steve Durels of Heimsley-Spear represented the sublessor.
