Coventry's relay teams also won their events in the nine years free boys and girls and the two mixed relays, 13 years medley boys and girls and 13 years boys free relay, 15 years boys medley and girls free relay. In the open age group Coventry won the medley relay and both boys and girls and girls free relay.
This was a big improvement on last year's result when the club finished in fifth.
At the same time, the club's top age, youth and senior swimmers were picking up medals in Corby in the newly created zonal competition.
City of Coventry won three gold, three silver and three bronze medals, which placed them seventh in the table and second club in the West Midlands, just one silver medal behind City of Birmingham.
Medal winners were Mark Branch (gold 100m and gold 200m breast), Ryan Morris (gold 200m IM), Tom Rooke (silver 100m breast), Victoria Rayson (silver 100m free), Sean Asher (silver 200m IM), Holly Lynch (bronze 100m back), Tom Lamb (bronze 100m butterfly) and David Maxwell (bronze 200m IM).
Other swimmers to make finals were Earl Radtschenko, Mohammed Ahmed, Alex Hammond and Benjamin Lowe all whom competed at the National Championships last year.
