 GSA AWARDS $22 MILLION CONTRACT TO ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS
 WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Administrator Richard G. Austin of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced that Advanced Technology Systems, Vienna, Va., has been awarded a contract with an estimated value of $22,908,784 for federal information processing (FIP) support services for federal agencies in the eastern United States.
 Austin said the company will provide software definition and design services to assist federal activities in 28 states, generally east of the Mississippi River. The contract also provides for the service in the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico but excludes Washington, D.C., and immediately surrounding counties in Virginia and Maryland.
 The contract is for one year and includes renewal options totaling an additional three and one-half years.
