GRUPO RADIO CENTRO TO MANAGE ADDITIONAL FM STATION IN MEXICO CITY

 MEXICO CITY, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Radio Centro, S.A. de C.V. (NYSE: RC), one of Mexico's leading radio broadcasting companies, announced today that Radio Centro Publicidad, S.A. de C.V., one of its wholly owned subsidiaries has entered into a five year operating agreement with Siete de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. and its Mexico City radio station, XHFO-FM. Pursuant to the agreement, Radio Centro Publicidad will operate and manage XHFO-FM and, through a profit sharing and compensating payment arrangement, receive a sum equal to the total profits from the sale of XHFO-FM's commercial air time, in exchange for monthly payments of $183,333, secured by an initial $5 million deposit.
 Grupo Radio Centro, recently listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores), owns and operates nine radio stations in Mexico City. The company's principal business activities are the production and broadcasting of musical programs, news, interviews and special event programs.
 Revenues are derived primarily from the sale of commercial air time. The company also operates two radio networks that act as sales representatives for and provide programming to affiliated radio stations primarily in Mexico and the United States.
