GROVER E. SNIPES NAMED GENERAL MANAGER, DYNCORP FORT IRWIN DIVISION

 RESTON, Va., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- DynCorp, a diversified professional and technical services firm, named Grover E. Snipes general manager of its Fort Irwin Division. Snipes will be responsible for management of the company's contract at the U.S. Army National Training Center (NTC), in Fort Irwin, Calif. -- the world's largest training center of its kind.
 Snipes comes to DynCorp with extensive logistics experience. He has held numerous government management positions including senior liaison officer of international logistics for the Defense Industrial Plant Equipment Center and director of international logistics, Aviation Systems Command, where he was cited by the Saudi Arabian government for managing a $24 million aviation procurement project. Snipes holds a bachelor of science degree from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
 According to Government Services Group President Paul Lombardi, "DynCorp's support to Fort Irwin is one of the most important contracts in the Government Services Group. I believe we have found an excellent program manager in Grover Snipes, who will maintain our tradition of excellence at the National Training Center."
