 GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR NEW FEDERAL COURTHOUSE

administration will be joined by U.S. Senators D'Amato and Moynihan, NYC Mayor Dinkins, U.S. Rep. Green and other dignitaries at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Federal Courthouse at Foley Square, Jan. 27. The 10 a.m. ceremony will be held in courtroom 110 at the U.S. Courthouse, 40 Foley Square.
