GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR NEW FEDERAL COURTHOUSE SET FOR JAN. 27
 Administrator Richard G. Austin of the U.S. General Services Administration will be joined by Sens. Alfonse D'Amato (R-N.Y.) and Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-N.Y.), Rep. Bill Green (R-N.Y.) and other dignitaries at the groundbreaking
ceremony for the new federal courthouse at Foley Square Monday, Jan. 27. The 10 a.m. ceremony will be held in Courtroom 110 at the U.S. Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York.
