GREGORY MOYER NAMED DYNCORP VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION

 RESTON, Va., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- DynCorp, a diversified professional and technical services firm, announced today that Gregory Moyer has joined the company as vice president of human resources. Moyer will be responsible for company-wide personnel systems; policies and processes; benefits and compensation; employee relations; and professional development for DynCorp's 20,000 employees worldwide.
 Commenting on the appointment, President and CEO Dan R. Bannister said: "Greg has a solid track record of leading organizational change and developing innovative solutions to HR challenges. I'm confident he will position DynCorp's HR function as an integral partner in achieving our strategic business objectives."
 Moyer, whose human resources career spans more than 15 years, comes to DynCorp from PRC, Inc., where he was vice president human resources and quality. Prior to joining PRC, Moyer spent seven years at Martin Marietta Corporation, where he steadily progressed to the position of vice president, human resources. Earlier in his career, Moyer held HR management positions with Lebanon Steel Corporation and HERCO, Inc.; both located in Pennsylvania. Moyer holds a bachelor's degree in business Administration from Elizabethtown College and a master's degree in education from Temple University.
