GREAT PLAINS SOFTWARE RECEIVES 1997 SSPA STAR AWARD FOR SUSTAINED PERFORMANCE.

Great Plains Software has won the 1997 Software Support Professionals Association (SSPA) STAR Award for Sustained Performance. The Software Technical Assistance Recognition (STAR) Award is presented annually to those organizations that deliver exceptional software support. The winner in the Sustained Performance category demonstrates an ongoing level of outstanding overall software support, with high levels of customer satisfaction for at least three consecutive years.

The SSPA Advisory Board reviewed the applications for the STAR awards. STAR awards were given to companies in each of the following categories: high call volume, complex support, most improved and sustained performance.
