GREAT AMERICAN BROADCASTING PROMOTES TELEVISION GENERAL MANAGERS
 CINCINNATI, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Great American Broadcasting Company announced today that it has promoted its television general mangers. L.D. (Nick) Bolton has been named president and general manager of WBRC-TV, Birmingham; Ronald J. Bergamo has been named president and general manager of KTSP-TV, Phoenix; Steve Mauldin has been named president and general manager of WTSP-TV, Tampa-St. Petersburg; and Edward Piette has been named president and general manager of WDAF-TV, Kansas City, Mo.
 John P. Zanotti, president of the Television Group of Great American Broadcasting said, "Each of these managers operates as the chief operating officer of his station. The company recognizes that each of our television stations is a major profit center and that much of a station's success rides on the general manager's ability to run these complex operations. Further, each of our managers is a leader in his community and is expected to share the resources of his station with the people we serve."
 Great American Broadcasting owns five network affiliated television stations and has announced the pending acquisition of WGHP-TV, Greensboro-High Point, N.C. The company owns 12 FM and six AM radio stations in the nation's top 50 markets. Great American Broadcasting is a wholly owned subsidiary of Great American Communications Company (NASDAQ: GACC). GACC's Common Stock trades over-the-counter under the symbol GACC.
