CINCINNATI, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Great American Communications Company (NASDAQ: GACC) (GACC), announced today that its subsidiary, Great American Television and Radio Company, Inc., has signed a letter of intent with Cook Inlet Radio to acquire KSLX-FM and KOPA-AM, Phoenix, Ariz.
