 GRC INTERNATIONAL TO PARTICIPATE IN FIVE-YEAR SDIO CONTRACT
 WITH POTENTIAL REVENUES UP TO $19 MILLION
 VIENNA, Va., July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International, Inc. (NYSE, PSE: GRH), today announced that its subsidiary, General Research Corporation (GRC), is a member of a contractor team led by Nichols Research Corporation which has been awarded the Strategic Defense Initiative Offices Sensor Technology and Midcourse Space Experiment (MSX) support contract. The extent of GRC's participation in the contract could reach up to approximately $19 million over its five-year life.
 The contract will provide the Strategic Defense Initiative Office technical and engineering resources to assist in planning and conducting technology investigation and development programs and major SDIO technology experiments, perform data reduction and analysis of experimental results, and perform systems engineering studies on ground and space-based sensor systems.
 GRC International President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Roth said, "This follow-on contract award is recognition of the outstanding support the Nichols/GRC team has provided to the Sensor Technology Directorate and the MSX Program Office over the past 3-1/2 years. This win maintains GRC's role at the forefront in supporting the advanced technology efforts of the Strategic Defense Initiative."
