 GRC INTERNATIONAL SUBSIDIARY WINS $1.2 MILLION
 DEFENSE NUCLEAR AGENCY CONTRACT
 VIENNA, Va., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International, Inc. (NYSE, PSE: GRH) today announced the award of a $1.2 million Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) contract to its subsidiary, General Research Corporation (GRC). The Advanced Technologies Division of GRC has been selected by DNA to develop and demonstrate technology imbedded within a handheld detector for treaty verification applications.
 Work under the DNA contract to develop verification support technology will be sponsored by Headquarters, the Defense Nuclear Agency. Robert Mustacich, GRC's program manager, will lead the development effort. The contract is for $1.2 million over a 20-month period beginning immediately. Work associated with this contract will be performed at GRC facilities in Santa Barbara, Calif.

Our concept combines three GRC-developed technologies which have been demonstrated in other applications, to make a 'state-of-the-art' instrument which meets the practical operation needs to inspect and confirm treaty verification."
