GRC INTERNATIONAL INC APPOINTS LESLIE B. DISHAROON TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 VIENNA, Va., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International, Inc. (NYSE: GRH) today announced that Leslie B. Disharoon has been appointed to its board of directors. The appointment of Disharoon brings the number of directors on the board to nine.
 Disharoon was chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Monumental Corporation, in Baltimore, from 1979 until his retirement in 1988. He joined the company in 1977 as an executive vice president and was promoted to president in 1978.
 Disharoon is a member of the board of directors of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company; Constellation Holdings, Inc.; Primerica (New York); Aegon USA, Inc.; M.S.D.& T. Funds, Inc.; the Johns Hopkins Health System and the Baltimore Orioles. He is former chairman of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Disharoon is the president and founder of the Caves Valley Golf Club in Baltimore.
