     GRC INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES NEW CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT AND CEO
    VIENNA, Va., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of GRC International, Inc. (NYSE: GRH) today elected Edward T. Jones as chairman, president and chief executive officer, replacing Robert E. Wengler who has previously announced his decision to leave the company.
    Jones was most recently senior vice president and general manager of the Defense Systems division (formerly ORI Inc.) of Atlantic Research Corporation, where he led the company's activities in engineering services primarily to the Department of Defense, other government agencies, and various commercial and international clients.  He joined ORI Inc. in 1983.
    Jones has over 25 years of experience in aerospace and electronics industry programs and has held marketing, engineering and program management positions on both the national and international scenes.  At Rockwell International Corporation, before joining the Atlantic Research family of companies, he was director of its ship systems profit center in charge of digital electronics equipment, systems engineering and support services for the U.S. and international navies.  Earlier, he was the senior aerospace and electronics executive in Asia for Rockwell International Overseas Corporation, Hong Kong.  There he directed all marketing, planning and dealer administration in the Far East region.
    Jones served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years in various telecommunications and electronics posts throughout the world, including two tours of duty in Vietnam.
