GRC INTERNATIONAL, INC. APPOINTS CHARLES H.P. DUELL TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 VIENNA, Va., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International, Inc. (GRCI) (NYSE: GRH) announced today the appointment of Charles H.P. Duell to its Board of Directors.
 Mr. Duell, age 55, is presently President of the Middleton Place Foundation and the Middleton Inn Company, and Director of Alliance Capital Reserves, a $2 billion money market fund. Mr. Duell has an extensive background in conservation and historic preservation in addition to experience in estate and trust administration. Mr. Duell will replace retired Board member, Jack Ruina, age 70.
