GRC INTERNATIONAL, INC., MEMBER OF SAIC TEAM, AWARDED $25 MILLION DOD CONTRACT

 SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International, Inc. (NYSE: GRH) today announced that its subsidiary, General Research Corporation (GRC), is a member of the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) contractor team that was awarded the Air Force Engineering, Analysis, Design and Development (EADD) contract. GRC's potential revenues over the next two years is estimated to be approximately $4 million. The EADD contract has the potential value of $25 million over its initial two-year term and includes three two-year options. If all options are exercised, the contract's eight-year total could exceed $100 million. GRC's potential revenues, including options, could be as high as $16 million over the eight-year potential duration of the contract.
 The EADD program will support the Air Force Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) program office at the Space and Missile System Center in developing elements of national, global and theater missile defense. GRC's Space Division will provide systems analysis, systems engineering, developmental engineering, simulation and modeling, information management, and other expertise needed in the demonstration, development, and integration of Air Force SDI capabilities. The work will be performed in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, Calif.
