 GRAND METROPOLITAN FOOD SECTOR NAMES SHLOSBERG
 VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSUMER RELATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
 MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Grand Metropolitan Food Sector, a division of Grand Metropolitan PLC, today announced that Sally S. Shlosberg has been named vice president of consumer relations and technology services, effective immediately. She reports to James R. Behnke, senior vice president of technology.
 In this newly created position, Shlosberg, 40, oversees Food Sector consumer relations functions, and also is responsible for providing the company's quality assurance and technology personnel with support services.
 Shlosberg has 17 years of experience with Pillsbury and GrandMet. She has held increasingly responsible research and development positions during that period. Most recently, she was director of consumer relations. While in that position, she also assumed the responsibilities of director of technical and administrative services in 1991.
 Shlosberg received a bachelor's and a master's degree in food science from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, in 1973 and 1977, respectively. She earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn., in 1980.
