GRAND CASINOS ANNOUNCES 'A CAR A DAY IN MAY' GIVEAWAY! 31 CARS TO BE AWARDED; LARGEST PROMOTIONAL EVENT IN MINNESOTA GAMING HISTORY

 MINNEAPOLIS, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley (Minnesota) will be the sites of the largest promotional giveaway event in Minnesota history during the entire month of May, 1993. "A Car A Day In May" will offer guests a chance to win a car every day in May!
 Each day guests enter either casino between noon and midnight, they'll be given one ticket for the drawing at a Car-A-Day table located near the casino entrance. If they enter between 7 a.m. and noon, they'll receive two tickets. Entering between midnight and 7 a.m. will net them three free drawing tickets. Grand Advantage Players Club members will have their entries doubled throughout the month.
 Daily drawings for either a 1993 Pontiac Grand-Am (2 or 4 door models, winner's choice), a 1993 GMC Pickup, a or $10,000 in cash. Winners will be announced at 7 p.m. beginning May 1 at Grand Casino Mille Lacs, and beginning May 2 at Grand Casino Hinckley. Daily drawings will alternate between the two casinos through May 31. ALL 31 prizes will be awarded. Winners have 30 days to claim their prizes. Winning entry numbers will be announced each night at the conclusion of KSTP-TV, Channel 5's Eyewitness News at 10:35 p.m. Winning numbers will also be posted in the respective casinos, but will not be printed elsewhere, nor given over the telephone.
 After each drawing at each casino, entries for that drawing will be discarded, and new entries will be accepted for the next drawing, i.e., entries will be eligible for a maximum of 48 hours.
 The 31 vehicles are from Wally McCarthy's Superstore in White Bear Lake, Minn., and models will be on display near the entrance to each casino during the entire month of May.
