GRAHAM-FIELD HEALTH PRODUCTS APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Graham-Field Health
Products, Inc. (AMEX: GFI), a manufacturer and supplier of healthcare products, announced that Marcel Newfield (53 years old) has been appointed a director of the corporation. He fills a vacancy on the board, increasing the number of directors to nine. Newfield, who is an attorney, was a director and chief financial officer of the corporation from 1981 to 1983. He was principally engaged as a private investor from 1983 to 1987. Since 1987 he has been chairman of the board of Hub Truck Rental Corp. He holds a BBA from City College and a J.D. from New York Law School.
Graham-Field manufacturers, markets and distributes approximately 15,000 healthcare products including the new Aqua Therm, Temco and 3M product lines for hospital, physician and home use to approximately 16,000 home healthcare, physician, hospital supply and pharmaceutical distributors, retailers and wholesalers. -0- 11/19/91 /CONTACT: Donald J.
