GRACO RE-ELECTS KOCH, McFARLAND, AND MITAU TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 MINNEAPOLIS, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholders of Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) today re-elected David A. Koch, Richard D. McFarland, and Lee R. Mitau to the Company's Board of Directors at the Shareholders' Annual Meeting. Each was reelected to a three-year term expiring in 1996.
 Koch is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Graco Inc., and has served on the Board since 1962. McFarland is Chairman of Inter-Regional Financial Group, Inc. and has been a Graco Director since 1969. Mitau is an attorney and partner at the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney, and has been a Director of the Company since 1990.
 Graco consolidated net sales in 1992 were $320.3 million, with earnings before changes in accounting principles of $11.1 million, a 24.6 percent improvement over 1991. After one-time changes in accounting for postretirement benefits and income taxes, net earnings were $5.3 million, or 69 cents per common share, Koch told the shareholders.
 The selection of Deloitte & Touche as the Company's independent auditors for 1993 was ratified by the shareholders.
