A young Valleys mum caught her ex-partner prowling through her home after she set up hidden cameras. For almost three years Deborah Phillips thought she was going mad after items were moved and disappeared from her house in a real-life repeat of the Coronation Street storyline when evil Richard Hillman stalked Audrey Roberts.

The 34-year-old lost two stone in weight and almost had a nervous breakdown with the worry.

Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court heard how she set up her own CCTV cameras in the Porth house in a bid to catch the culprit.

And she ended up catching lorry driver Mark Bradfield, 44, from Trelewis, rifling through her belongings.

He admitted charges of burglary, criminal damage and harassment.

Ms Phillips said: 'We have been terrorised by weird, freakish mind games.'
