GOLDHABER IS NAMED VICE PRESIDENT-RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF MINNTECH

 MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Minntech Corporation (NASDAQ: MNTX) announced today that Richard P. Goldhaber has joined the firm as vice president-research and development. He was previously employed for 28 years by Baxter Healthcare Corporation. While at Baxter, Goldhaber held senior positions in product engineering and new product development in several divisions.
 Goldhaber holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and received a master's degree in physiology in 1969 from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
