GOLDEN EAGLE OPENS BRANCH IN GUATEMALA

 MIAMI, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Eagle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEGP), a leading freight forwarder and customs broker, announced it has opened a branch office and warehouse in Guatemala City and appointed Kyle Canaday as manager.
 Mr. Canaday is a graduate of the University of Miami Masters of International Business program at which Golden Eagle gives a series of seminars on transportation and logistics.
 Gary Goldfarb, CEO of Golden Eagle said, "Kyle Canaday has extensive knowledge of the Central American market and very well developed relations throughout Guatemala. He will focus on expanding our role in the 807 program, a U.S. Customs based duty treatment which allows manufacturers of apparel to assemble garments made from U.S. materials abroad and receive a preferential duty treatment."
 Mr. Goldfarb also noted that the addition of the Guatemala facility and warehouse will significantly increase Golden Eagle's presence in the Central American region.
 Golden Eagle Group, Inc. through wholly owned subsidiaries, provides international ocean and air freight forwarding as well as transportation logistics and related services, principally for shipments from the U.S. to Central and South America and the Caribbean.
