GOLDEN EAGLE GROUP ELECTS TWO OUTSIDE DIRECTORS

 MIAMI, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Eagle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEGP), a Miami-based international freight forwarding company that completed its initial public offering in November, announced the appointment of two outside members to its board of directors.
 -- Michael Milberg, 35, a resident of Miami Beach, is the owner of several Miami area businesses and is active in civic affairs. He is a governor of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, vice chairman of the Capital Projects Committee of the City of Miami Beach Budget Advisory Committee, and a member of the Mayor's Ad Hoc Committee on Hurricane Clean-Up.
 -- Allen Morosohk, 46, a resident of Boca Raton, is controller and director of international operations for Edward Don & Company, Fort Lauderdale, a major distributor of hotel and restaurant equipment and furnishings. He is also executive vice president of the National Association of Credit Management, a board member of Broward County Florida Restaurant Association, and a member of the International Association of Hospitality Accountants.

 Golden Eagle Group, through wholly owned subsidiaries, provides international ocean and air freight forwarding as well as transportation logistics and related services, principally for shipments from the United States to Central and South America and the Caribbean. The company is also a licensed customs broker.
