 -- Bread Machines: Ann Parrish, author of "Electric Bread," will demonstrate the uses of bread machines and provide tips on baking with bread flour.
 -- Kids in the Kitchen: Elementary school-age youngsters will actually be helping with the demonstration. A home economist will be prepared to discuss what children learn through cooking as well as tips for cooking with children.
 -- Heart Smart Baking: A home economist will be prepared to give tips and ideas on converting or making-over your favorite recipes of baked goods to be more healthy.
