General Motors Corporation (GM) (NYSE: GM), a United States-based automaker, has restarted shipments of manually equipped Chevrolet Camaro SS models.

The models are being exported from the Camaro's Oshawa, Ontario plant. Shipping was stopped earlier this month due to a defect.

According to Camaro PR man Adam Denison, the automaker has rectified the problem with the vehicle's manual transmission.
