GM ANNUAL MEETING SET MAY 22 IN FORT WAYNE, IND.
DETROIT, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- General Motors (NYSE: GM) today

announced that Fort Wayne, Ind. will be the location of GM's 1992 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. (CST) on Friday, May 22, 1992, at the Grand Wayne Center.
Selection of the Indiana site for the 1992 annual meeting will provide GM stockholders with the opportunity to visit the General Motors Truck & Bus Group Fort Wayne Assembly Plant, which builds GM's best- selling vehicle in North America, the Chevrolet and GMC C/K full-size pickup truck.
The decision to meet in Fort Wayne is in keeping with the desire of both the General Motors Board of Directors and the GM Management Committee to hold the annual meeting in a variety of GM-affiliated communities, which enables them to visit with stockholders in different regions. Last year's annual meeting in Nashville, Tenn., received a highly favorable reception from GM stockholders who attended the meeting and visited GM's Saturn manufacturing facilities in nearby Spring Hill, Tenn.
