GM's Optra Magnum receives TNS Voice of the Customer Award.

General Motors Corporation (GM) (NYSE: GM), the world's largest automaker, has announced that its Chevrolet Optra Magnum has received the TNS Voice of the Customer Award.

The vehicle received the honour in the 'Best Performing Model' in the Diesel Midsize segment. It received 99 out of 100 in the TNS Automotive Four-Wheeler Total Customer Satisfaction (2008) Study.

The award was received by Karl Slym, President and Managing Director, General Motors India. According to Slym, 'The TNS Voice of the Customer Award for the Chevrolet Optra Magnum, is the result of GM India's single-minded focus on our valuable consumers. We will continue to offer vehicles and services which are best-in-class and continually improve to exceed our customers' expectations.'
