GLOBAL INFORMATION SERVICES (ASIA PACIFIC COMMUNICATIONS CORP.) ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION AGREEMENT

HONOLULU, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Information Services (OTC Bulletin Board: APCF) today announced it has acquired 100 percent of the California-based environmental service company P.W. Stephens Contractors Inc. ("PWS") in a reverse acquisition transaction.
