GL's ultimate summer beauty do's and don'ts: summer is finally here! That means beaches, barbecues and (phew!) easy, gorgeous beauty.
Become every bug's dinner. Smooth on Sweetgrass Farm Insect Veil Oil. It wards off mosquitoes with yummy-smelling, all-natural lemongrass, cedar and wintergreen.
Keep your skin clear and safe. Banish breakouts by using Stri-dex Clear Cycle Wash when your face is most prone to breakouts (like right before your period or during your super-sweaty week at soccer camp). Keep body skin clear with anti-acne body wash. And--do we even need to tell you--cover every inch with SPF (look for special face, lip and sport formulas) and wear a hat!

Do fake a healthy glow. Smart summer babes keep the sun off their face and use tawny tones to get glowing. Start by mixing a little tinted moisturizer in with your regular moisturizer and blend it to just below your jawline. Lightly dust bronzing powder on your forehead, cheeks and browbone, anywhere the sun would hit. To make eyes pop, line them with golden liner. Smudge all around. Finish with a sheer rosy gold lipcolor.
Skip this summer's colors, even if you're pale. Hot pink lip gloss brightens up almost everyone's face
