GHP Office Realty.

GHP Office Realty, a Westchester-based real estate company, announced that it has signed three leases for new and renewal space at 297 Knollwood Road in White Plains, N.Y. GHP Office Realty purchased the building about six months ago. It had been 75% occupied. The building is now 95% leased.

Lucent Technologies, the Fortune 50 telecommunications equipment supplier, will relocate from Valhalla. Lucent was attracted to the building's immediate on/off access to Exit 4 of I-287. Les Smith and Andrew Carney, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Lucent Technologies. GHP Office Realty was represented by Andrew Greenspan.

Modis Professional Services, also a NYSE company, signed a new lease at 297 Knollwood Road. Modis Professional Services, Inc. is a global provider of information technology and professional business services. Richard Hendey represented GHP Office Realty.

Finally, Ecco III Enterprises renewed its lease at the 297 Knoliwood Road.
