GETAWAY VACATIONS LIFTS SUMMER SURCHARGE

 GETAWAY VACATIONS LIFTS SUMMER SURCHARGE
MT. KISCO, N.Y., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective immediately TWA

Getaway Vacations has lifted its summer surcharge on all Hawaii Vacations.
With the summer demand growing and the recession lingering, TWA Getaway Vacations has taken a bold move to ensure that their share of the summer travel market to Hawaii grows in 1992. Effective immediately the $60 summer surcharge has been lifted for all departures from the mid-west and east coast.
With Getaway Hawaii bookings already at an unprecedented level, Getaway views the lifted surcharge as added incentive that 1992 "will be a record year for Getaway Hawaii bookings," according to Betty Amato, director of the program for Getaway Vacations.
"All of our marketing efforts for 1992 have been successful, we started off with our $499 special including air and followed up with our Buy One Get One Free Sheraton Special. This is just one more tool to keep our vacation packages and Hawaii affordable."
