GEORGIA INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AND COASTAL STATES REACH AGREEMENT

 ATLANTA, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Georgia Insurance Department and Coastal States Life Insurance Company today reached settlement in their administrative and court disputes.
 The settlement documents filed today in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, include a Consent Order of Voluntary Rehabilitation, a Plan for Rehabilitation, and a Settlement Agreement and Release.
 These documents are open records and can be obtained from the Fulton County Superior Court, or from W. Pitts Carr, Attorney, representing Coastal States, 404-876-7790.
 Coastal States currently has offices in the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, and West Virginia.
