GEODYNAMICS CORP. ANNOUNCES COMMERCIAL AIRBORNE GRAVITY AND MAGNETIC SURVEYING SERVICES

 TORRANCE, Calif., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Geodynamics Corp. (NASDAQ: GDYN), LCT of Houston and World Geoscience are pleased to announce a strategic alliance to perform commercial Airborne Gravity and Magnetics surveys for energy exploration.
 The Airborne Gravity system was designed by LCT and Geodynamics to provide exploration-grade gravity data for international energy and minerals clients. The system incorporates new GPS technologies for positioning and velocity which was jointly developed by Geodynamics and LCT. Fixed-wing aircraft are provided by World Geoscience for the gravity and magnetic surveys. Use of these aircraft ensures rapid mobilization into remote areas, significant cost savings and the highest possible data quality.
 World Geoscience and LCT are currently evaluating numerous geographic areas which energy clients have suggested for potential surveys.
 The alliance with LCT and World Geoscience is a strategic part of Geodynamics' diversification into commercial and international markets. Geodynamics has more than 25 years of experience in remote sensing and data analysis which has extensive applications for petroleum, gas and minerals exploration.
