GENERAL EDWARD C. MEYER, USA (RET.) APPOINTED TO GRC INTERNATIONAL
 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 VIENNA, Va., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International, Inc. (NYSE: GRH; Pacific) today announced that General Edward C. Meyer, USA (Ret). has been appointed to its board of directors. The appointment of General Meyer brings the number of directors on the board to eight.
 General Meyer was chief of staff of the United States Army and a member of the joint chiefs of staff from 1979 until his retirement in 1983. Since his retirement from the Army, he was served on the President's Strategic Defense Initiative Panel, the Defense Science Board, and other governmental advisory boards and panels.
 General Meyer is president of Army Emergency Relief, a trustee of the George Marshall Foundation, and a member of the board of directors of FMC; ITT; Rayonier Timberlands L.P.; MITRE; FMC-Nurol Savunma Sanayii A.S. (FNSS), a joint Turkish/American Company; and the Brown Group. He is currently a managing general partner of Cilluffo Associates, L.P., a shareholder of the company, and an international consultant.
 General Meyer serves as a member of the board of governors of the Scientists Institute of Public Information, the board of overseers of the Hoover Institution, and board of advisors to the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
