GENERAL DYNAMICS SAYS BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HAS ACQUIRED 15 PERCENT OF
 THE COMPANY'S OUTSTANDING SHARES
 FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- General Dynamics Corporation (NYSE: GD) has been informed by Warren Buffett, chairman of Berkshire Hathaway Corporation, that Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK), through two of its insurance subsidiaries, has acquired 4.35 million shares of General Dynamics common stock, or approximately 15 percent of the company's outstanding shares.
