GENERAL DYNAMICS DEBT REDEMPTION PRICING

 FALLS CHURCH, Va., March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- General Dynamics Corporation (NYSE: GD) today said that the previously announced redemption of the company's 9-3/8 percent notes due May 15, 1995, would be at 100 percent of face value. Interest will be paid through May 15, 1993, and the entire $100 million face value of 9-3/8 percent notes will be redeemed in full on that date.
