GEMINI ENERGY CORP. TO DRILL NEW WELL

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Gemini Energy Corp. of Newport Beach, regrets the delay to the trade in filing its 1992 10-K and the first two 10-Qs for 1993. This delay is because of the auditing firm, Tidwell & Weaver of Fort Worth, Texas, and the S.E.C., regarding issues relating to "asset evaluations." This matter will be resolved shortly.
Nicholas E. Ross, president, announced the commencement of drilling the "VEAZEY No. 1," an oil prospect, located in Beauregard Parish, La. Gemini has purchased a 12.5 percent gross working interest in the 7,800-foot prospect. Pride Exploration Inc. of Shreveport, La., is the operator and co-venturer.
