GEMINI ENERGY CORP. RETAINS INVESTMENT BANKING FIRM

 NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Nicholas E. Ross, president of Gemini Energy Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: GEMI) announced the signing of an Investment Banking Agreement with M.H. Myerson & Co. Inc. located in Jersey City, N.J. The agreement states Myerson will provide its services for four years commencing May 20, 1993, through May 20, 1997.
