GE INFORMATION SERVICES INTRODUCES A GLOBAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
 SYSTEM FOR DOS, MACINTOSH AND WINDOWS PLATFORMS
 CHICAGO, April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- BusinessTalk System 2000, a communications and information management system operating within the DOS, Macintosh and Windows environments, is now available from GE Information Services. Developed in conjunction with Apple Computer, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: AAPL), BusinessTalk 2000 allows for the seamless integration of information to and from the three major desktop platforms.
 BusinessTalk 2000 offers electronic messaging databases for a variety of industries, client-specific bulletin boards and search/retrieval services, customized business intelligence and electronic news clipping services. No matter which platform, users can access information without having to learn a new user interface. Each front-end software product presents services in icon and menu formats.
 According to industry analyst Michael Conniff, principal, High Comm Group, GE Information Services becomes one of the major value- added network services providers to deliver cross-platform capability worldwide.

 BusinessTalk 2000 messages can be exchanged simply with many other E-mail systems, including LAN-based, host-based and X.400- compliant systems. Messages can also be sent easily to most fax and telex machines worldwide.
