GE CAPITAL FLEET SERVICES APPOINTS PURKIS AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF
 FINANCE
 MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Teresa LeGrand, president of GE Capital Fleet Services, has announced the appointment of Leonard Purkis as senior vice president of finance. Purkis will be responsible for all North American and European financial operations and reporting.
 Purkis was previously VP & director of Finance of GE Lighting Ltd. of London and has also served GE Lighting in Cleveland, and GE Plastics in the Netherlands in international finance positions.
 Purkis, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the U.K., has nine years of experience with GE and a total of 20 years of experience in international financial management and audit.
 Purkis replaces Mike Zafirovski who was named president of Avis Lease, the European operation of GE Capital Fleet Services.
