GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $7,260,000 for the following multi-family properties:$4 million for two five-story walk-up and one four-story walk-up apartment buildings containing a total of 31 units, with 105 rooms and five stores, located on First Ave. in New York City; $935,000 for one five-story walk-up and one four-story walk-up apartment building containing a total of 16 units with 48 rooms, located on Ninth Ave.; $1,100,000 for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 16 units with 48 rooms, located on Ninth Ave.; and $1,225,000 for a five-story walk-up apartment building, containing 17 units with 52 rooms, located on Clinton St.
